It was excellent. Great facilities. Friendly-ish staff. Clean, close to the airport with easy shuttle to and from. It was exactly what we were looking for. Good food and a pool was absolutely the cherry on top.

We stayed at this property twice - 1 night and 1 day each time. First time, when we landed at Cairo Airport and the second time while returning home from Cairo Airport. The hotel provides airport pickup and drop every 30 minutes. The property is really good and comfortable. The food is the usual. The restaurant staff is good and friendly. But that's about it.

Location and free airport shuttle of the hotel was important for an early flight. That's why I chose this hotel for last 2 nights eventhough there were better options in the city.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows excellent. There was a small fridge but no mini-bar. Water was provided. Breakfast was great for $10. There is a 24 hour bar downstairs. Very close to the airport and there is a free airport shuttle that runs every thirty minutes.

Everything was what we were expecting except we paid extra for an early check in and we were palmed off with a poor room. So we had to then wait longer to get a room that was of a standard we were expecting. Also there were a couple of members of female staff that seemed unhappy to be pleasant and actually came over rude.
